I am looking for this story and I thought it was a winter/holiday contest story but now I can find it
The plot is, a husband and wife work with another another family at Christmas time doing portraits at the mall. The husband is a photographer and his wife dresses up as an elf. The husband gets sick and has to call his buddy to replace him. The other family is very into Christmas (they change their last name to Kringle or Christmas or something like that. They have a daughter that got her ears shaped into points!) The replacement photographer ends up the daughter and thats all I can remember
