I stumbled on this story in a very roundabout way, so knew absolutely nothing about the author. Was really surprised to find out it was written by a man, I was 150% sure it was a female writing.

I honestly didn’t do all that much different except she is a little less psychotic than most of my male characters

People are all different although there are some commonalities among the genders for the most part I think trying to hard to get a gender right can screw it up. Just put yourself in your characters place and write like they would think

I like to think when I write from a female perspective in my stories I do an ok job. Would love to hear some feedback as well. Its a lot of reading though.
