For the same reasons I long for one maybe? My aim is for us to add some extra happiness to our lives. Happiness coming from small matters really, but matters which matter – to both of us. Matters which have been disappearing from our lives, but we wish they wouldn’t.

Like a good-morning hug, and a kiss good night, and a virtual romp in the hay – sometime in the afternoon. And with both of us sharing our daily joys, and mishaps too. Because that kind of sharing doubles the first and makes the second more bearable. And when a really bright idea strikes you, or when I run into some outstanding remarks from someone intelligent, we'll share these too, and discuss them further between the two of us. To avoid only “talking to ourselves” about relevant stuff.
