Long Time to Publish?

Wondering if anyone else was seeing a long wait queue to get published? Most of my works took two or three days in the past (50+ works), but one of my stories are now on their sixth day to publish.

Normal? Tips to improve speed? Perhaps there's some influx of stories that I'm unawares of.

I'm still waiting?

I submit a chapter to be post on March 16, 2018 and I'm still waiting. It is still pending?

What should I do? This is very frustration.

it's free. it's not like anyone is holding a gun to your head. possibly, the moderators have a life, too. just cool your jets, they'll get to it.

Moderators have nothing to do with the publishing of stories on Lit. Cool your jets and don't give false info.

Do you find you're tempted to keep going back to open it? - maybe fix a few things? If you do, that's the reason :(
Every time you open a piece of work for editing, when you close it again it goes to the bottom of the queue.

If it's not that, send a message to LitErotica, via this link
https://www.literotica.com/stories/memberpage.php?uid=81387&page=contact
(it can be found under the 'Email Us' link on the FAQ page)
(tell them the story title and your Account number).

I had another thought...

I remember reading in another thread like this...

The time taken to publish can increase quite a lot when there's a competition going on (like the 2018 April Fool's Day, maybe?).
Perhaps it's normal for this time of year?

IMHO, this goes both ways. Authors are writing for free too, and it's quite discouraging to have a story waiting in some queue that we have no visibility into for a week plus. I've already put a series on hold because of it, not knowing if adding more stories into Pending will make my main series take longer to publish.

Just my 2c.

if you will look in the upper right hand corner of the main page, you will see that the first name on the list is "laurel". laurel is in charge of stories, as well as moderating the entire site. maybe you shouldn't believe everything you think.

She, and her husband Manu, are the site owners. They're not "moderators". Maybe you should know more about the site before you claim you do?

If you would pay attention to what's been going on, you will see that doesn't work out so well for so many of us these days.

oh, well....i knew there wasn't a reason that the column they were listed in said "moderator" at the top! are they or are they not listed as the moderators of the section? maybe YOU need to take a midol and lay down for a while, toots.
