Long hair and older men

My husband is 59, fit and still only a few grey hairs.... If a little bit of a receding hairline. He is good looking but his gift in attracting younger ladies seem to be more his personality, or so I thought (well I do still think it is a big part of it).

But.. lately he has let his hair grow and it kind of just goes everywhere, sort of wavy/curly and wild. This has resulted in quite an uptick from young ladies who are just willing to flirt, to young ladies who are we to flirt and then have sex.

what do you think, is there anything, as an important part of attractiveness leading to sex?

Not sure how I stumbled on this thread, but as a guy with messy curly/wavy hair (depends on your definition of long - mine’s maybe 15cm at the moment), it’s swings and roundabouts. I’m about to turn 45 but have quite a bit of salt and pepper in the mix. If nothing else, it makes you stand out in the mix. It’s not uncommon for women to say they love my hair, but I’m sure there’s just as many, if not more, who find its wildness a turn off.
