So I filled last night by going out of town for one evening and hanging out with a friend and his friends.
But now I'm sitting here alone again and every time I think I want to call a friend to tell her about my night, I realize that everyone's still out of town.
The upside is that my kids actually liked and ate the dinner I made for them and I'm going to watch The Aviator later.
How's everyone else?
(PS - Lesson learned: Any drink which has Everclear and dry ice as two of its ingredients is probably dangerous.)

All of my friends/family are out of town for the weekend except my sister who has out-of-town guests staying with her.

I hate to be an asshole, but you're feeling sorry for yourself because you're going to be alone for a weekend?! Well don't worry, you can live with lonliness. Take it from me, after about ten or fifteen years of being pretty much all alone it'll start to lose it's adge a bit. A bit.
