The inability to allow for change in your views is perhaps the most distressing thing.

Anyways, like you said in the Sticky post, this forum isn't for debate. The picture being removed was a good call, unfortunately for ramirez she looks way to young to have her pic on these forums.

So either she truly is as she says she is, or its someone else pretending to be young and posting illegal pics. Obviously her grammar and spelling are beyond most underagers, so you can't really say she is to young herself.

You claim that pic was taken of you when you were 17. That means you were "under age". (At least for Lit. This thread is no place to debate "age of consent" throughout the US and/or other countries since 18+ is the site's rules and the owners are sticking to it.) And, it is my opinion that the pic was, indeed, sexually suggestive with the pose and the unzipped shorts.

Talk to the owner of the site, Laurel, about her opinion on "Free speech" when it comes to minors under 18.

I merely support HER wishes and HER rules. I am a Mod to the Personals because since I first came here in March of 2000 I caught many "children" posting personal ads and notified her right away. Obviously she feels I can get the job done for her.

I don't know why you people are making such a big deal about all of this. All I did was remove a photo that was TAKEN OF HER AT THE AGE OF 17. AND, IT WAS A SEXUALLY SUGGESTIVE PHOTO. That is against Lit's rules. So I removed it. Enough said. I am doing my "job" at Lit that the OWNER of this site gave to me. Nothing more, nothing less.

I even suggested that she could take NEW pics of her AS AN ADULT and post 'em if she wants to! Sheesh! Let it drop already.

If you wish to offer a picture of your self, please do so, but make sure it was take after you reached the age of 18.

I have nothing more to say on this issue to any of you. If people don't break the rules of Lit, all is fine. And, it is not up to "other people" to inform you of those rules. Laurel and Manu have them posted all over their wonderful site.
