Well, I certainly haven't always been up to that standard; laundry has become necessary for me with the wife working more than I, coffee gets the credit for A.M. wits, and the fitness has certainly not been my staus quo over the years- but my Lit peeps are helping keep me motivated. I want to start a pic thread once I'm happy with me:D

Problably another 10 pounds of fat between me & happy:( , but really I am very happy with progress- 30 pounds down in 5 months- this while weight training. Have moved my belt in 4 notches, and wearing jeans that were skin- tight in 1998; now comfortably loose ( I always like my jeans tight;) especially back then!)

That is so awesome, I think anyone who can lose that much is amazing. It is one of the most difficult things in life to tackle.

And well done for being physically active as well, it so much nicer to have muscle where the other stuff used to be!

I'm waiting with bated breath to see the results in a couple of months, although I'm guessing you could post now and we'd still love it.

Depends on what you found;) I did some last week ( i think ) but most are a couple months old- I think my profile pic's from September...Happy hunting;)

Oh well, it's a rainy day and I've got a list of things I should be doing.... so that's the perfect excuse to procrastinate.... :D

I did get some relaxation, but then I read your comment on my thread and the relaxation went to turned on a bit ;) But, I wanted to drop in and say hello and let you know that I appreciate not only everything you said to me, but also every picture you have posted for all of us to see :kiss:

That is all I have is time...BTW you asked about ideas... I for one would love to see you dress or undress.. show what you feel is right for you..hide behind a towel... its one of my things seeing lady do a strip tease.
