I saw Eric Clapton here in Houston last Friday night....Average age of the audience was about 55 or so. He can still play guitar but his voice is shot (kinda like a lifetime smoker's rasp). He croaked through "Wonderful Tonight"...I winced.

No politics though. He also played "Cocaine" for the first time on this tour, which he previously swore he would not. Guess his word is as good as BoBo's.


Read that he became an anti-vaxxer just recently when he got vaccinated and both of his hands swelled up terribly. He was afraid he'd never play guitar again and that was his come-to-Jeebus moment about the debbii's vaccines.
