Login only works on Bulletin Board

For some reason I can no longer login to the new Chat (was registered on there and a frequent user).

1. Go to BB, logged in
2. Go to Literotica.com, then to chat
3. Prompted to login - fail
4. Try logging in again with security code - fail.

And repeat...

Any advice would be appreciated.

I've been having the same problem.

If you have recently changed your password, try using your old password to get into chat rather than your new one.

It's been going on since some time in 2017. Manu hasn't addressed the issue that I know of.

I had to do the same as the OP.

This happened to me. Could not log in for two days then could not change the password. It finally let me "change" the password but I really just put in the old one. Dunno.

I'm having the same issue...been about 2 weeks. I get the message "Authentication failed". (Also no response from any of the support sources in lit.)

Is there an issue with Erotic Chat? When I log in, it just goes right back to the log in screen, doesn't say login failed. This happens not only chat, but also stories.

I can only log into here, so i know my password is correct ...

wait ... did I get banned??? i am using a VPN ... is this a reason?

Tess, is it possible to contact a mod if I can't log in to chat? Also, will a mod just confirm that I have in fact been banned or is it possible to appeal for reinstatement with a mod? Do they have that authority? It was an honest mistake-I posted a link in a room meant for someone in PM. I know, poor me.
