Logan

Yes, this is why I asked if it was his backyard.

I think I watered my lawn once last year, the garden more so.

Them parts look mighty dry.

It can be, thank God for the irrigation ditch. I get water all summer long and rarely have to hook up the hose.

Here I was going to suggest you need Storm to head to your parts.

I saw it yesterday. Never thought I would cry watching a Marvel movie, but I did.

She was fabulous! Especially considering she didn't speak through the beginning, her body language carried her character.

i was going to ask why does she look like she's fucking twelve then i googled and i found it's because she's twelve. i'm sure she's good, but it's an interesting choice. i don't know how old the comic character was at introduction but i always got the impression she was in her late teens/early twenties, but i'm guessing they're hoping they can age the character as they move along. also, who doesn't like a tween with the power to kill people basically at will?

Nothing like sending folks into the cornfield for not giving candy for dinner.

The one lesson everyone should take from the movie is never disturb a girl eating her cornflakes or Pringles.

I had no idea what this was but I wanna see it now! Can it stand on its own or do I need to watch any of the other movies to appreciate it? I saw the first two X-Men AND kinda used to watch the cartoon sometimes.

Mostly I'm here to share this story about how charming Hugh Jackman is. They opened the Wolverine premiere location up to a vote and the Harkins down the street from me was the lucky winner (somehow). People got there super early to see him and waited for hours, and when he got there, he bought breakfast for everyone

Hugh makes my vagina happy. This got off track! Anyway,

I think it can be a stand alone. I haven't watched the last xmen and did fine. I'm not sure if it was the character or if Hugh is looking a little crusty, but it still works.

I agree. There are some references made by Logan and Professor X that might not make a lot of sense if you're not versed on the X-men, but it doesn't take away from enjoying the movie.

It's nothing like any X-men movie before. I've seen it referred to as a superhero movie without superheroes. I sorta agree with that, but there are a lot of superhuman feats in it. It's nothing like any other Marvel movie I've seen. It's more drama than anything else. And it does it so well.

Hugh looks seriously rough in this one. So does Patrick Stewart. From the recent interviews I've seen of them though, it's just a good makeup job for the roles. The two of them work so well together in this movie.
