Felt cocky having my first two stories accepted. Now it seems to be more of a tease as the next two were denied. Chastized and ruined explain my feelings. Fully capable but caged and frustrated.

Why were they sent back?

One they said was only 750 words and "the story could have developed more". I thought it was a quick titillating story, which I enjoy.

The other was rejected for grammar, mostly dialog.

These rejections were 4 years ago but I am still affected by it and can't stand the thought of being rejected again.

Just kidding, it's fun. I see they were probably right. I think I'm getting better at expressing these crazy thoughts in my head. It's a great outlet.

Anyway, I have an editor that has contacted me and we'll give that a try.
