Locked In The Attic (movie title)

This is a film about a brother and sister (underage) sexually attracted to each other and got locked in the attack (inscest was more taboo than underage sex at the time it came out).

Obviously the title would have to be changed, but outside the obvious inscest scenario, can you think of something else that would go in this storyline (1800s English sweat shop type setting)?

There was a sequel when they grew up (boy in his 30s, girl in her late 20s), but I don't think it was ever finished.

And "Locked in the Attack" is the title? I've never been locked in an attack, unless of course you are referring to the Iraq/Vietnam quagmires. Perhaps you meant "attic".

First, the under age incest plot is in the first movie.
They are older in the second book.

It took place in a Wales concentration camp (London also featured).
The daughter was adopted, her older brother was not, but the girl didn't know this.

The siblings had a strict child beating father, and a drunk verbally abusive mother.
They were shipped to there grandmother who beat the children regularly, and their chores were done in sweat shop conditions.

The grandma's mind was going, so one time she locked the kids in the attic (no food or drink), and left them there.
They survived by a hidden tunnel leading to the diningroom stairwell they could sneak food through, but had it so good they didn't want to leave.
