Trump's post saying that "IF YOU GO AFTER ME, I'M COMING AFTER YOU!" Is a clear violation of the terms of his release. If he wants to act like a mob boss and threaten people despite affirming in court that he wouldn't, he should be held until his trial.

I understand prosecutors not wanting to push it because of the politics...but fuck it. This isn't rocket science. Bring him in. Put him in a cell for 48 hours...let someone sign him out...if he breaks those terms...put both in jail.

Two nights should be enough to get his attention. If not, then five nights the next time, and so forth. Ignoring it will just get him to push the envelope even further.
