I'm on vacation in the maritimes right now, and the place that's been in my mind is at the top of a lighthouse just at dusk, when all the heat from the day condenses on the window and our skin. And we face out to sea, the light behind us slowly rotating and covering us in a white glow.

Only problem is that it might be a problem for ships if we're blocking the light like that...

Yeah, at the school I go to, there are all sorts of weird nooks and crannies in some of the older or larger buildings, like a side hallway that leads to a door behind the front desk in one of the buildings, a narrow walkway that winds around the outside of the second floor of the student center, opening up in a few places to some open air areas that you can't see at all from the ground...
