click on the word "Search" in your post (right up above me), and that will list all the threads you have posted in.
Just click on the thread you want to check. And the "responses" may not be directed at you--it just means that someone else has posted on that thread since the last time you did.
If you start posting on a lot of threads, your email box will get full pretty quickly, so if you don't want to be notified just uncheck the little box that says "Email Notification" before you hit the "Submit Reply" button.
