Hi, I want to try these kegels excersies but I simple cannot find my pc muscle. I know sites say that while urinating you can hold and find out, well I hold but still don't know where i is.

An image is below, if anyone could let me know where the pc muscle is please. If someone has an image editor handy editing and the image puting the arrow where it is supposed to be and then uploading will be greatly apreciated.

cheers,

Hey ho

Um... are you a girly or a bloke?
As far as I am aware (and if there are any biologists or doctors out there to contradict me feel free) the pelvic floor muscles to which you refer are in women. The pic you have shown is of a bloke so...

In a female she is able to halt the flow of urine by contracting her muscles. Kegal excerises increase the strength of these, a bit like pumping iron. :D

The reason they are important is (A) due to ensuring that after giving birth they can remain 'tight' and prevent importnat innards falling out - if any one fancies contradicting this then hunt around for the BMJ or other medical magazine first... urgh (B) it decreases risk of incontinence (C) it's really good fun to squeeze your partner's cock/finger etc during lovemaking/screwing.

ok?

PS if i have been typing the wrong kinda mussel (!) please forgive me. we don't really have seafood embeded in our bodies. honest.

Guys have PC muscles too. Fyi. Hard to locate by hand. myself I can't really do it. But I can flex my penis so to speak, and by doing that you are contracting the PC muscle. Try to hold the flex for as long as you can, and you will "work-out" the PC muscle.

Spoke to my spouse, here's what he says -

Think about squeezing your anus shut and about squeezing out those last few drops of urine - While your'e squeezing those muscles pay attention to the area between your anus and right behind your balls. That's roughly the equivalent place of a vagina - and the location of the pc muscle in a man.

If you want a more precise and better definition and some exercises, read The MultiOrgasmic Man. It's mostly about Tantric Sex, but it will help you with all kinds of sex.
