Thank you, Tatelou, for bringing NaNoWriMo to the attention of the gang here in the Hangout. Without your timely information I, for one, would never have got 50,000+ words of a (okay, not very good - yet!) novel written. I'm posting this at midnight, GMT, as this is the end of NaNo writing time for those of us in the UK, including Lou.

I want to thank all of you for taking part in NaNoWriMo. Your enthusiasm, support and encouragement toward everyone else was wonderful. It sure made the whole experience very special for me.

Afterall, though, I was merely an over-excited messenger, myself given a message about NaNo by a friend. It's Chris Baty and his staff who deserve the biggest pats on the back.
