Go to "User CP"
The click on "Edit Options" (Left Hand side of screen)
Scroll down to "Messaging & Notification "
Tick box next to "Enable Private Messaging"
Scroll to bottom and click "Save Changes" Button
Wait for "Inbox" to be flooded"
