I more imagine a somewhat confused, insecure effeminate looking guy who's developed the usual sort of straight guy fascination with lesbians, or perhaps more accurately, "hot girl-girl action" as seen in porn. This makes his already taboo attraction to his hot Little Sis all the more intense. Sis for her part, is simply into other girls, but finds herself curiously attracted to her "pretty boy" brother, and uses his voyeuristic fascination with her and her gf to tease him into submission as part of her ultimate triumph in their long standing sibling rivalry. Or something like that...
