No joke. The self deprivation can be annoying as fuck. I mean, some people have bad days or rough times. But the constant woe is me gets my goat.

The Eeyores haha (I love Eeyore) I call them Mood Vampires :D but yes they absolutely do my head in. Constant whinging and every reason under the sun why their life is so much more shite than anyone elses. You try and give support but all you're really doing is enabling them to suck the life from you because nothing you say will help. They thrive on attention. I've been sucked in before but that person is a very clever manipulator who hides under a cloak of sweetness ugghh!!

I guess whether you are nursing a hangover would depend upon what you scoffed and how much.

Or were you too cheap to lash out on drinks on NYE and hoped to pick up some post NYE bargains? Does alcohol ever really go on sale?

Is it just me or when you do go to pick up a bottle on sale you tend to leave with other bottles you 'need'?
I contend that French champagne does not give me a hangover. Maybe it's my way of justifying having bought three bottles when I intended to purchase one...damn those buy two get one free deals!

Good Lord! What a ghastly thought. I had slightly less than half a bottle of champagne and I…do not feel quite myself. :eek:

Besides, I think the denizens of Lit may have sucked up any extraneous alcohol. I logged in for a bit before my fellow revelers arrived last night, and I must say the Lit natives were extra, extra, extra friendly! :eek:

Happy New Year, Endless! Maybe my Lit resolution should be to post on more threads. It seems since I've been posting on the Litiquette thread, it has become sort of like the water cooler at the office meeting place for me.

It's settled, my Lit resolution is to step away from the water cooler and venture out into more threads.
