You scoop it out, mash it and spread it. Some folks put a little fresh squeezed lime or lemon juice on it. Just like some folks butter the toast first and then spread on the avocado. But I've seen folks just slice it and eat it on toast that way. I like sliced avocado but I'm not big on guacamole, but what goes on your toast isn't guacamole.

Here's what I do:

Cut avocado in half
Take half, slice long ways. The the other way
Deposit half on each slice
Lightly mash it down, spread it a little
Chow time

I usually butter the toast first with plant butter for taste.

Good lord!
How many calories is that? How many miles am gonna need to cycle to burn that off?
And who just eats one piece of toast?!
