China is rolling out a Social Credit System, kind of like our financial credit score but extends it to things such as crossing the street with lights, good driving habits, and the like. They are even employing individuals to "score" you as you're out and about. Apparently it is having a positive impact on social behavior but at what cost? Have we gotten to the point that we need social policing or is this Big Brother 2.0?

And this is exactly why becoming a doomsday prepper who lives off the grid is becoming more and more appealing to me. Of course I'd want my off the grid house to be on a beautiful lake. But with no one else around.

I'd shoot off a gun and holler "Get off my land" every time I'd hear a rustle in the bushes. And I'd shoot drones out of the sky.

Srsly.

How even more Orwellian. And China is facing challenges on par with their cultural revolution happening again so who can tell where that's going.

How strong is your sense of nostalgia? What triggers it? Looking at an old picture, ring back in your home town, seeing your first boyfriend/girlfriend on Facebook? Or are you a cold hearted animal, never looking backing, never remembering when? And if you could go back, would you?

Answering yesterdays instead because the idea of people watching me all the time creeps me out.

Nostalgia, I love the feeling but sometimes it is hard, especially if you might have done something you wouldn't do now, something that was out of character. The guilt sucks and can sometimes over shadow the good parts. That feeling tho, that chemistry with a person or a overwhelming feeling of home, I'm not sure that ever goes away. Some things and places will always be special.

But after a few days, I start to feel claustrophobic and I remember why I didn't want to live there forever.

This too.

Aaaaaaaaaand answered! Booyah!

*tries not to look smug*

*fails*

:p

Nothing to add but so glad to see you beautiful!! :rose::rose:

You can earn points in life now? BRB, seeing if I can get the weekly high score in China

What? No question? Someone's falling down on the job.

That's all I'm saying.

I have a relative that could sooooooo help you with that whole doomsday prepper thing. They are also - and I in no way imply this is related - bat shit crazy.

*waves to EN* good to see you, lovely!

Thank you for the kind words, ladies! :) :rose:

I'm hit or miss around here these days. Revel in my appearances as opposed to bemoaning my absences.

Damn, even to me that sounded aloof. Lol

Throw a Papa C parade, you think?

I'd be down with that. Make it an a all porn theme parade. Each float needs to depict a fetish, and as Grand Marshall I'll select the winner. Of course top prize is me joining in on that fetish with the winning team. But up in my penthouse hotel suite not on the parade float.

What the what?!?!?!?

Pmann! :kiss::kiss::kiss::kiss:

Wait...shouldn't you be busy putting razors in the apples for all the darling trick or treaters?

I'd issue a missing person's citation making you French kiss Hugh Jackman while wearing Toms.

Can you put both of them in these? Not exactly a punishment for Pmann, but I can't help but feel it would add a certain something to the occasion.

While searching for P's notorious lobster pants I ran across these puppies. They are King crab leggings, for those who think their eyesight is going.

Curious thought popped into my head today. Do more people pray out of need or devotion?

Ummmm ....
Need.
Tonight I’m praying I don’t combust at the gym because I’m soooo wanting and hungry for a mind blowing orgasm. Like now! Right now before I walk out the door.😫

Real world problems, I know.

From personal experience - "devotion".
Sudden needy prayers seem equivalent to wishes personally.

I don't pray. I think of myself as agnostic, so it seems self-serving to pray.

Slips in a stealth like (and sexy) with a question.

Who’s competitive and who’s not?
Where does competitiveness come from? Can it be taught, learned or a trait you’re born with from the get go?
Does it come and go or perhaps it’s more prominent in certain areas of your life?

Sports is were I always was most competitive. Loved the thrill of winning. I didnt mind the loses either, like I never flipped out or broke down. I just found that they made winning that more enjoyable and drove you to try harder and perfect your craft so that you could come back stronger.

complex question for a lazy fall sunday afternoon. everybody is competitive to some degree. it’s innate; connected to our primative sense of survival. in modern man, maybe it’s more related to subjects of passion or a need to feel superior (escape inferiority or insecurity).

even from an early age, i had an unhealthy level of competitiveness in everything i did. everything. i’ve learned to temper it and replace overt competitiveness with quiet confidence while i strive for excellence in all that i do.

ask a complex question, get a complex answer. :)

Hmmm.... maybe.

I’ve never had an once in me and now it’s starting to bubbling out. Not sure if it’s a curse or blessing.
And where did this tie-dye-haze-cotton-candy-smelling-now what?! competitive mojo come from? 🤔
I’m still trying to figure out this new addition to my personally. Oh I love it, but it’s foreign as ever.
