I have a friend who was totally obsessed with his musical work so as great as the song is, I've reached the point where it comes on and I say "oh hell no". Kind of like hearing "Hotel California" when you live in California.

Bruddah Iz was a great talent and morbidly obese. At one point in his life he weighed over 700 pounds. At 38, he was just another young talent that died way too young.

He was also a Hawaiian rights/independence activist and a powerful example of this in his music can be heard in the song Hawaii 78

I actually like this version too. I have it on a playlist for feel good vibes.
Rain or shine...literally...I love the rain. The sound, the smell, the feel of it on my skin.
Figuratively ...accepting the 'rain ' with grace and acceptance makes the sun feel so much warmer.
