This includes any medium that would allow sending or receiving communication. No email, PMs, reading threads, phone calls, texts...etc. you would be allowed to watch TV, read news and current events but just not communicate with anyone?

I've actually done this before but admittedly not in a long time and at the time didn't think it was a big deal. I used the time to do some make busy work, did some creek bank fishing and read some dead tree books.

I could definitely go 7 days without Pms/ Lit, Emails, texting, and Internet in general...

But I could not go 7 days without phone calls...Since I live abroad, It is my way to make sure my loved ones are ok...I am not able to see them, but need to hear their voices...So calls to India and the US are imperative...
