It depends. If they're going for a run and I've already had the pleasure, I think to myself, "you go girl!" If I haven't due to laziness? "That's what I should be doing.

Depending on the activity, I might join in but I would certainly smile and be happy for them. I'm not one to become jealous easily or often, so that would be the distant third possibility.
