TRUE TALES OF HOW WE ALL ENDED UP HERE
I've been here for decades. Don't be judgey. These eyes have seen things. But, my point is we all got here somehow. Tell us about it.
For the longest time all I knew were the stories, the full spectrum of stories.
But that meant that there were some real gems here. Thank you, Laurel.
And the only people I knew that existed here were the writers. And it's a really broad group. I made friends, but seldom the kind of connection I was seeking. Writers can be a shy group overall.
Then, suddenly, I discovered the Bulletin Boards. HOLY FUCKING SHIT!!!
Post 9/11 the boards were hopping, and, as I've since realized, full of every angel and every devil you could imagine. Deep deep personas. We'll talk about the bots later, when you're older.
Anyway, my point is, if I ever had a point ... SHARE Tell us how you got here, and how you've evolved.
Parenthetically, I discovered the chat here actually does work, and there's a whole freaky other population over there. Interestingly there is not much overlap between Writers, Posters, and Chatters.
