Not in submissions, no.

You can promote your non-Lit sites in your Signature Block and your Profile, but not in stories or submissions.

I assume you mean an audio story (or any story, for that matter)? No. You cannot put any links to external sites in there. From the submission guidelines:

9. No HTML links or web addresses are allowed within stories

You can put it in your signature block here and in your public profile.
