I'm confused. I hate web based email <sigh>

When you get mail from another literotica mail user on your literotica account, it says:

Please do not reply directly to this email. To email MemberX, you can use this
online form:
http://www.literotica.com/forum/member.php?action=mailform&userid=MemberX

OR, by email:
mailto:MemberX@literotica.org

But when you hit "reply" the mail appears to be addressed to MemberX@literotica.org.

So why am I not supposed to "reply directly" to the mail?

Am I not using this correctly?

If you hit "reply" to an email from SomeoneElse@literotica.org, do they get it?

I'm sorry it's such a stupid question, but I'm actually a direction reader and these directions are whacked.

It's a leftover I think from the way the programming was originally done. What it really means is that if someone mailed you anonymously you wouldn't be able to reply to them... but otherwise it does indeed work to reply.
