anyhow........i slept like a baby until the humidity woke
me up a little before 7pm........usually i can't sleep as well
during this kind of weather but i was so wiped out from
last nite/this morning at work.

No dreams at all.....was too tired......

Jen ~ Glad you were able to sleep until at least 7pm. Hope your evening and night are going well.

Mmmm the egg sandwhich sounds great. Guess I will be back for breakfast.

and............... today I cannot eat anything, nor drink anything. I am going in for a 'scope on my knee.

So nil per until I get out...

Meanwhile, I will just drool at the thought of eggs and cinnamon buns.. hmm.. Who is cinnamon.. love to see her buns..

Take care gang. I will try post tomorrow but my have difficulty walking for a few days..

One coffee and one cinny bun for ya!

The night was slow but very quiet thank god

I stopped at this bagel place on my way home,
and normally I could get a bagel if I ever stop
there but I got a big-ass cinnamon bun to go!
Then I stopped at Starbucks to get a mocha
Frappuccino---need that coffee to wake me up!

Oohhhhh that cream cheese icing on that bun....
yummy...and that gooey cinnamon in the middle
