Hun i may be old but i can still run

Now I did not call you old.....grin....hmm....so you are quick? Oh darn, looks like I do not get to steal your food. My ex used to take a bite out of everything when I was not looking..... I would look down at my plate and see a crescent bite mark out of my sandwhich which I did not put there. One time she ate a bowl of cereal under my nose....I went to eat it....and it was gone.....the smug expression on her face was worth it though. I would act properly indignant when she would steal my food. She would be so delighted.

long .....gotta keep the phone line free just in case we hear anything from the hospital about my grandma.....she's doing okay---saw her on saturday and sunday and she's holding her own but on "borrowed time"....will keep everyone posted!

Very sad news tonite

good evening Cafe Patrons! hope everyone's enjoying the good food and
good company here tonite......

Sad news......I came home from my DTC meeting tonite about 9:30pm and found out that my grandma passed away 7:10pm tonite. I will know more tomorrow when the funeral is going to be.....its either going to be Thursday or Friday, and we'll sit Shiva on Monday 10/16 (due to the Jewish holiday of Sukkot, which is 8 days, Shiva will only be held one day). Very very sad.

From now until after the funeral or so, the Cafe will be self-serve only, w/ the exception of fellow Litizens helping each other out. Please keep me and family in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time....you guys are wonderful in your support.....*big hugs*

Walks into the cafe and sees the mess someone left well i guess i will just clean it up and make sure there is enough coffee and other goodies put out for the day. Grabs herself a Cinny bun and coffee while cleaning up the mess
