Welcome. 
You might try posting in the Story Ideas/Feedback forum. Some authors go there for ideas on new stories. Other authors there often give helpful feedback on whatever it is that might seem wonky with it and that could give you the bump you need to alter it some and return it to something you have verve for.
If that doesn't appeal to you, you might try shelving the piece for now and revisit it in the future to see if the words flow any easier.
Or you can do what I usually do and scrap the idea to start on something completely opposite the previous one. It's the only way I know to move on and take my mind off of the failed attempt.

I recommend leaving your work for a while, then come back to it. you might be able to see exactly wht's wonky then
