I know that me and dolf had one like this before, but I can't find it, and quite frankly we've got new people here since then, and other's leave (like dolf), so I think we should do it again.

So, we're making an e-road trip to visit all the litsters. Feel free to post pictures of what we'd see in your area when we get to your stop. Where should we start, though?

I'd post a pic, but all u have to do is imagine endless fields of corn... and u have it.

Eeeee, what a wonderful thread idea! I have lots of sights for you to see.
The most historic site in my town, the Freeman House - and what it looked like way back when
The "toilet bowl building" in Tyson's Corner (I think it is officially called the Tycon Building)
The National Mall, downtown (U.S. Capitol at the top, Washington Monument in the middle, Lincoln Memorial at the bottom, Jefferson Memorial on the right across the Tidal Basin)
The fountain in Dupont Circle
W&OD Trail in fall (it runs behind my house, sort of - it's a former rail throughway)

Now I am laughing my ass off at the thought that MasterPhoenix could possibly know your parents!!!

Ahhh.. the Hayward Farmers... I graduated San Lorenzo HS, home of the Rebels...

My little public university...Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama. I'll find some more pics later, but I ripped this one shamelessly off the JSU website. It's a little-bitty school in a little-bitty town stuck in the side of a mountain. Sounds nice, huh? The tall building in the foreground is the 12-story library, the tallest academic building in Alabama. You can't tell much about the rest of the pic, I'm afraid.

I don't know much about Portland, but Eugene was beautiful.

Eugene's not to far, and Portland's beautiful too. But most of Oregon is beautiful, I don't know why anyone would want to live anywhere else.

This is the only local picture I've got saved on this computer and it's obvously not a current rendering, but it's still kind of a cool picture.
