Hey man, welcome! What game you watching? I am watching the Patriots - Seahawks game. Exciting but sloppy so far.

Patriots are playing over in London soon i think, you going to watch that one?

49ers v Giants showing over here. Not a bad game so far. Wembley is a bit far for me to travel, plus the cost is too much for me.

Just trying to get into the sport as much as possible, not easy though as it's on so late over here.

I'm still trying to decide on a team to follow, any suggestions?

Thought about the Seahawks, are they a good team. I don't want to go for a team thats the best around at the moment, always preferred the underdogs.

I understand the underdog thing. I don't know much about the seahawks except that I don't think their coach is going to cut it in the NFL....more of a college coach. I have rooted for the patriots my whole life, they have had some rough years, but they are paying off now. If i were to root for another team right now I think it would be Atlanta Falcons. Have a good young team that is going to go places. Picking a team with games that you can watch due to the time difference would be best probably....

Thanks, I'll have a look at them. I'm off work for a few weeks so I might be able to catch them if I'm lucky. That's the problem when the games go on till 1am and I have to be up at 5.

I can record them but it's just not the same.

As for Patriots/Seahawks; I am bias because I am from WA st. I say go for the Seahawks objectively, because the Patriots are a Bandwagon team, up there with Steelers and Cowboys.

And I hope nobody is ignoring the lovely lad who is among us

hey, hows it going? So I can see we have both sides of the Patriots Seahawks game represented here. I agree that the Patriots can be a bandwagon team....unless you were rooting for them in the days when they struggled. Seattle is looking good on defense tonight! Picked Brady twice now. You think they can pull it off?

And what "lad" are you referring too? I am trying my best not to ignore anyone.

I'd like to recommend the Houston Texans. They aren't my team, but they are a relatively new franchise, and they're looking good this year. There might be room on the bandwagon if you get on early.

It was a stressful game. All I can say is try to forget it and look forward to next week.

As for me, I am doing ok tonight. Just kinda a lazy day watching football and hanging out here on Lit. Not looking forward to work tomorrow. Just looking for some entertainment.

Is everybody watching football? I'm watching the Tigers vs Skankees....3-0 Tigers, but they have proved lately that no lead is safe. Hopefully tonight will be different, my heart can't take anymore games like last night.
