Well, have you checked into Cote's provider he posted for you (its in your favs)? Time to eithe change or go back to dialup.

I've sent a cancellation email to Tiscali .I've got a reply from them saying they will contact me. I've the details of Cote's alternative and I'll take it up. But tomorrow the money comes out of the bank account for the first month . If they give me a refund and a assurance things will get better I'll stay,otherwise I'll transfer. (what a pain in the****).

You name it .................You can't talk to anyone to complain . their help lines in India ,if you're lucky enough to get through you can't understand what they are saying ,and you're right they know nothing about Macs. I just wonder how many other people have had the same problem. Its terrible . I've even contacted the BBC (WATCHDOG) consumer programme to have a moan .

Hi Lips. I came by to point out that it is now two years ago on March 30, 2002 when Sara's runaways first landed here at Lit.

It hardly seems possible, two full years. Not many of the original group are still coming around anymore but I do enjoy the friendship of those who are left and all the new friends made since coming here.

I find myself wondering how those who have moved on are doing. I have had e-mail from Pam from time to time but I don't write to her regularly because she has a friend and I don't wish to complicate her situation any. Some people might not understand a simple desire to know how an old friend is getting along. It could be interpreted as more than it is.

I guess what I am saying is two years later and I enjoy your work as much as at Sara's Playground. You have become quite proficient at animating.

Actually I did give it a try but was so tired I couldn't navigate the site. I will be going back when I am awake. What I saw so far looked interesting.

On another subject. I haven't heard from Bob yet and that isn't good because he knows how we worry about our missing friends. Bob is such a cool guy I hate to see him missing. I do hope he is well.

On a serious note it seems my animation problem is being caused by my ZoneAlarm Pro firewall. The Av animation works OK but when I try and open one of your gif files it doesn't work; unless the firewall is disabled. Curiouser and curiouser

That is confusing is'nt it..........But there must be a cure for it .
