I've been having trouble with this new broadband connection .I was here last night for 5 mins and nothing would download properly . Its coming up for the first direct debit payment but their phone lines are always engaged when things go wrong they are called Tiscali have you heard of them ?. No its not just because I've got a Mac ,(superior to PCs anyway). You name it .................You can't talk to anyone to complain . their help lines in India ,if you're lucky enough to get through you can't understand what they are saying ,and you're right they know nothing about Macs.
