The majority of digi camers use memory cards like the ones used on playstation games .Its all very confusing perhaps Bob can help

My HP Photosmart 612 uses either its own internal memory (about 104 low-res pix, about 70KB jpeg apiece) or a memory card (CF card, mine holds about 1950 low-res pix, but you can get them for practically any capacity). The CF card is very easy to use. It fits right inside the camera. They supply a cable to join the camera to a USB socket in your cpu so you can unload the pix to either a floppy or h/d. There are three stages on the zoom lens, and a timer (how else could I take my carefully composed shots). There are several different settings for the flash. Otherwise it is pretty much a point and shoot. The few times that I have used the two high-res settings, I have been amazed at the detail. Of course my old eyes ain't what they used to be, but I would be hard put to distinguish between a high-res digital and a continuous-tone film print. It sure beats the polaroid shots which I would then scan to get them into the computer.

Hi Ya . I prefer the second one too . I,ve been playing with a thing on here called tweening that creates effects between the first frame and the last ,you can make things disappear(explains the first one).I have been looking at a Konica with a zoom lens but hav'nt decided yet. Bob might be able to help. How are you doing , i'm ok i think.

Thanks Bob ,i am probably making it all more confusing than it need be probably .I just remember the little thing that resembled a mouse that i slotted the memory card into . Did you get one of those with your camera?.
