I think your talken about the 1 one at the bottom of this page that youre reading right now. ??? Mine is on there. But, there, HTML code is off.........
But in 1 of the options sections after "user cp" Its opposite.. Thats were I cant turn the "IMG" on.

I really really hate the cold weather the garden is just sitting there now waiting for winter , its very depressing .Its seems that half the population is suffering from bugs and flu at the moment. I hope the colder weather does'nt affect you the same way.

This bug or Flu is persistant I can't stop sneezing and blowing my nose.It must be the drop in temperature thats caused it. I don't look so beautiful at the moment.
