Can one decrease the # of frames to fit an Av file? Just curious!

Found out MSN offers "MSN One Plan", for people that like to add a PC and
keep their WebTV, for $ 21.95 total
per month ($ 3 less than just WebTV; doesn't make sense).
Even operate both at same time, with
extra phone line (in same household)
, so I may take PeeWeee up on his offer of his extra PC.

Hi Ya . Yes you can reduce the number of frames that one originally had 113 frames , The weather has turned better 80f at the moment ,so i,m off in the sun.

Hey Girllie!!! Wishen you more o the kind o weather you like!!!!
Its the time o year here that it rains, storms (thunder, lightning) in the afternoon. (around 3 to 4 pm) Then clears up.
Croc movie was good. Its not a wild action flick,although, Steve does do a lot of diving & falling.
Its more of a comedy, with steves type of animal handling abilities. With some other stuff thrown in.
Ohh! had to get a set with terry's shirt off, in a tee, with a nice look at the cleavage. & he patted her arse for us all to see.
I'll probably buy it when comes out, cause I'm into his cause(& almost aussie) But thats all my thoughts. so,,,,,
