yeh but things are getting as so theres not enough time ......what with floors etc. and now we're getting a 42" wide screen television for the living room everythings going to be in cinerama.So theres quite a lot of changes going on.

You will love your new toy. A big screen TV makes the letterbox movies easy viewing. On a regular TV there just is not enough room to view comfortablely.

With surround sound you may get complaints from the neighbours but with it, you feel like you are really part of the picture.

When we got a 32" Wide screen TV we thought it would be big enough for letterbox but the'yre not are they?.

Believe it or not, no, not even at any friends house with one.
& I havent been in any hurry to get one since moved last year.
What would that 999 be about in U.S. $, cause over here I believe that type would go for around 4000?? So at your price I'd snatch one up in a heartbeat!! (I think) Just yesterday some of the guys were talkin bout them at work.
When you say cinerama,, is that same as surround sound??
& yes 5:1 is , so is 4:1, with the 5 being the newer of the 2.

hope you do not get spoiled with the new toy...the only drawback is that when you make videos they have to be at the best resolution possible or they will be grainy...the tv does not allow for older, poorer quality ( the best when they were recorded)...so you may have to keep the old TV to look at these...more forgiving.

Digital TV pictures are even clearer.

The kids will love playing their video games on it.

A nice way to sit back and relax and enjoy...although I do not know when you find the time, busy little bunny that you are.

Its been snowing again over here and all transport services have been disrupted. All this weather does is make you want to sleep.watching Pearl Harbor last nite i feel asleep right in the middle of the attack LOL.

I just tuned in to SKY NEWS channel and the whole country has come to a grinding halt.My sons teacher had to abadon her car last nite 'it took her 11 hours to get home.

We do watch a lot of films and slowly but surely all the VHS stuff is being replaced in the collection by DVDs and Mike was a cinema manager in his youth ,i guess he never got over it LOL.
