So, I've got plans for my first, real, multi-part project in the works. It's going to be four pieces, but across two different categories. And, I gotta be honest, I'm a little stumped on the best way to approach this.

Do I just put the individual parts in their respective categories and then have them all saved as a series? Should I just keep them all in one category, even if it doesn't fit all the parts?

Hoe have you guys handled things like this? I'd love some advice on this particular subject.

This is how I most often see it done.

Category is a very meaningful choice for a story when it's first published, in terms of the attention it will get.

What matters more later, after the first few days, is how you tag a story. Tags are how anyone will find it later when it's not the latest thing. Proper and effective tagging is an art form unto itself.
