He had more than 10 pics of me (looked like about 20 to be fair). I didnt count. All from being behind me on the stairmaster, lots of me stretching, a couple doing chest press stuff...
I know they had him delete the pics and the they kicked him out. I dont know if he was booted from the gym permanently or what.

This is most likely a felony or a misdemeanor at the very least. If this guy has done it before and found guilty here, he could be added to sexual offender lists. Not sure what CA is doing about it these days but they do not take kindly to such voyeur vids and I am pretty sure it’s an aggravated criminal offense.

If you want to make him pay - (you know he will likely do it again) - Go file a complaint with the local pd. Demand a copy of the surveillance tape for the day. Do it quickly because most surv videos get written over within 72 hours. They will give you a copy.

Sorry there are such miserable people out there.

That is very disturbing! I do hope there's a way you can take it as far as possible and the creep gets his just desserts. Kicking him out of the gym is the least of his worries - maybe every other gym / swimming pool / leisure facility in CA? Definitely one for the cops - he's gotta have previous (and probably a large file on his PC) 🤬
