yep, I love me some Nico Rosberg commentary and he was spot on.
Blame the inconsistent and irregular stewards for that lame 10 seconds and the useless 3 penalty points.
 
I have been busy AF and havent had time to make tons of new content, so I am happy to repost some older pics and videos and such so all the Kit-Kat-noobs have a chance to see some content. On top of all of it, the stewards weren't going to penalize him for the initial entanglement, so Red Bull told him to give the place back for no reason. They hosed both him, and Yuki.

I have no idea why they took Yuki off the mediums so early, but as soon as he made it to a decent point on the timing board, they'd pit him and send him back to 17th.

I do a few things: I jog most mornings for a few miles. I am close to the beach and usually run down there.
If I dont jog, or do less distance, Ill then go do the "Santa Monica stairs" which helps legs, butt, cardio etc, and generally do those on the weekend regardless.
I also take my dog for a walk a couple times a day but he is a little pug so its more a few blocks than a few miles haha.
And then of course the gym, where I do treadmill, the bike, and execises for calves, hamstrings, quads, etc.
And I do red light therapy.
