i m a newbie at the lit but i know some 'puter tricks. you can resize and reduce quality of your pcis by picture editors, eg. ACDSEE

most of them easy to use. if you want to try we can talk on icq or something and i ll help you step by step.

I also had the same problem I fixed mine in my camra menu just make sure you are taking standard pics instead of fine pics and a 640 screen format thats how i fixed mine hope i was some help

A good picture program to download is called "Irfanview "
It is easy to use and more importantly it is free
Usually I do my pics 600 by 400
