I started my new job this week and as I expected it is going to be a huge challenge. I'm working for a Forging company as the Engineering Liaison Officer and am in charge of organising production planning, ordering, health and safety, procedure mapping, all office related work, client liason, inwards and outwards goods, and a shitload of other stuff. I'm really looking forward to getting my teeth into it properly. Soon I think the boss will stop hovering over my shoulder and actually let me do the things he is paying me for.

I'm living at TH's place until I can find a flat of my own and things are good here too.. especially this weekend. I have my daughter with me and she gets along really well with TH's kids. It's my turn to cook tonight. I might do a passta thingy in a bolognaise type sauce. God help me if it tastes like shit.

My time on the net is a bit restricted at the moment so I make the most of opportunities like this but I should be back on my own machine tomorrow with a bit of luck.

Why am I posting this here? Why not? Life is good... plus I now have permenant custody of the green and purple Dyson vacuum cleaner,,, god can it get any better than this?
