Though I shouldn't need to repeat it, (bot obviously for certain people, I do) but holding politicians liable for real, actual criminal activity isn't "lawfare," anymore than sentencing a quadruple murderer in a college town in Idaho to four consecutive life terms.
There is a difference between frivolously persecuting one's enemies on trumped up (pun intended) charges, and prosecuting someoen who has blatantly and brazenly violated the law and the constitution. Some people STILL have not yet grasped the difference. I can only hope that one day, they do. Especially (AHEM!) people like (ahem, YOU) who claim to be lawyers.
