a few cops were killed serving a warrant in York. There's literally nothing to support the notion the gunman was liberal. They were serving a warrant. Killing the cops and yourself is more a right wing thing and York isn't exactly a bastion of left wing politics.

From what I have read, the shootout happened near a barn, so it could have been a migrant worker, or it could have been some local farmer who had warrants:

“Dave Miller, who lives across the street from the shooting, told ABC Harrisburg affiliate WHTM he watched as officers approached the barn area of a farm, then heard "many, many gunshots."”
