I read this story a long time ago, but I remember it vividly, just not the title.
A stepmother decides to cheer on her son's college football team by covering herself in body paint and slowly stripping until she's practically naked, throughout several games. On the last night, the stepson wins the championship and the dad has a heart attack when he realizes that his wife is completely naked in front of everyone. In the epilogue, it turns out that the stepmom and stepson got married and are expecting a child.
