Here's me and my buddy, Chloe. She was orphaned about a year and a half ago, before we took her in. She was just a puppy, malnourished, and left on the side of the road (In the middle of winter in Minnesota). We don't really know what she is... but she's an extremely intelligent mutt. Too bad she won't do anything she is told, unless you have a treat in your hand.

Pets... Oh my... Where to begin?!? 
We have:
2 Dogs, Roscoe (An 8 year old Akita) and Rufus (a 10 year old Pit/heeler mix)...
3 cats, Mandy (10 yrs), Kesheena (8 yrs), and Sassy (7yrs).
1 love bird, Buck. (We lost his partner Addie to a bound egg about 6 months ago... Actually, he seems much happier now that she's not there to boss him around.... LOL)
About 20 fish. (My hubbys project... )
A bunny named Fiona. (She's about 10 months old.)
A 10 foot Diamond back Boa constrictor named Jade who now lives with my cousin at his forest reserve park center. (She was getting sooo big, and even though she's extreemly tame, we still worried if she got out of her cage that she might hurt our birds.)
And lastly, a 5 year old Harlequin Macaw named Doc Holiday and a 14 year old Blue and Gold Macaw named Blue... My birds are like my children... Especially Blue, she's my girl... Both of our Macaws are "rescues" and come from VERY abusive homes.... They've come along way in the time that we've had them... Both are very verbal and let you know exactly what they want, LOL... Doc is still a bit mean, but we're working with him every day... Blue is just Blue, she has an attitued with most people other than her "Momma" (me) but once she gets to know you, she's fine.
Okay... Enough about my birds.. (once you get me started talking about them, it's hard to get me to shut up! lol)
