I have always wondered who is taking the picture(s)...now I see! But I do manage to use that 'willing suspension of disbelief' when looking at the taken image. :)

Sorry, my comment was a little vague. I was not thinking about that photo (above) per se, but about any photo we may see here; i.e., who took the picture I am viewing at the time? It is a mind trick I have to put aside if I am to focus on and enjoy the photo or gif or whatever.

Never under-estimate the power of stockings.
After you walk into the room with her, close the door. Have her sit anywhere in the room. Then you go slowly from the lower portion of her legs. Rub her legs while the stockings are still on....
